Founded by a father, a Critical Care Registered Nurse, a bipolar man who refused to let diagnosis define his ceiling — someone who built BOND (Brotherhood of Nursing Dedication), launched a healthcare company, led communities, and still showed up to the floor for 12-hour shifts on the hard days.
